Non-binding enquiries

Enquiries submitted through the LUMĒA Collective website are non-binding and do not constitute a booking, reservation or travel contract.

Following an enquiry, LUMĒA Collective may contact you to answer general questions about the retreat and, where appropriate, refer you to CIELO Collective for the official booking process.

Role of LUMĒA Collective
LUMĒA Collective is responsible for the creative concept, retreat curation and on-site hosting. LUMĒA Collective does not act as the package travel organiser, contractual booking partner or recipient of participant payments.

CIELO Collective is the official package travel organiser and contractual partner for all retreat bookings.

Booking confirmations, travel contracts, invoices, payment details, applicable travel terms and all legally required booking documents are issued and provided directly by CIELO Collective.

A booking becomes binding only through the contractual booking process and official confirmation by CIELO Collective.

Payments

All participant payments are made directly to CIELO Collective.

LUMĒA Collective does not accept or process participant payments and does not issue booking confirmations, travel contracts or participant invoices.

Travel terms and cancellations

The applicable travel terms, payment schedule, cancellation conditions, minimum participant requirements and all further contractual information are provided by CIELO Collective before the booking becomes binding.

Questions concerning an existing booking, payment, cancellation or travel contract should be directed to CIELO Collective.
